These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilehot ("we", "us", "the Platform", "jilehot"). They govern your access to and use of the jilehot website, mobile browser interface, all associated games, sports betting services, promotional offers, customer support services, and any other features or content made available through jilehot (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing jilehot, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Service in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms as a legally enforceable contract;

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jilehot.

jilehot is operated exclusively for adult players. Access to the Service is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jilehot does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, access, or use the Service under any circumstances. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into agreements for online gaming services, you are not permitted to use jilehot.

Registering, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held in all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You must notify jilehot promptly of any changes to your registered details, including your mobile number, email address, or payment method.

jilehot reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or another government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

To access the full range of services available on jilehot — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and bonus promotions — you must first create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilehot username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account. jilehot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jilehot immediately by contacting support@jilehot. We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), available via one-time PIN sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number, to provide an additional layer of security for your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jilehot operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during the lifecycle of your account. The KYC process requires you to submit clear copies of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh NID, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number and name);
• Proof of address, where requested (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Bangladeshi address).

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals. All KYC data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@jilehot. Before processing a closure, jilehot will attempt to complete any pending withdrawal of available balance. Accounts that are closed due to self-exclusion requests (see Section 8) will not be reopened during the exclusion period.

All financial transactions on jilehot are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jilehot supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for card and bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your jilehot account in real time for mobile wallet methods. jilehot does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfer methods, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team.

jilehot reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is large, where the account's wagering history raises queries, or where the withdrawal would result in a net withdrawal of bonus funds without sufficient wagering having taken place. In such cases, additional documentation may be required before the withdrawal is approved.

Currency

jilehot operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All displayed balances, wager amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are in Taka. No currency conversion is applied to your account balance. Taka amounts use Western Arabic numerals (e.g., ৳5,000) throughout the Platform.

jilehot offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to coincide with major events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Durga Puja, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

Welcome Bonus

New jilehot players are eligible to claim a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum amount stated in the current welcome bonus promotion. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and is not transferable between accounts.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms at the time the bonus is offered or claimed. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; any unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• jilehot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds to qualify, or employing strategies designed to exploit low-risk wager conditions — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses are for recreational player use only. jilehot reserves the right to withhold bonus offers from players identified as professional or syndicated bettors.

All casino games available on jilehot are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified for fairness. Live casino games are powered by leading third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Sports betting markets are managed by jilehot's internal trading team.

Placing Wagers

All wagers placed on jilehot are final once confirmed. You must ensure that all bet details — including the game or market, the stake amount, and the selection — are correct before confirming a wager. jilehot is not liable for wagers placed in error, including incorrect stake amounts or unintended game selections. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets; these are displayed within each game or market interface.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jilehot reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. jilehot's decision on all malfunction-related disputes is final. jilehot will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including live in-play cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete as scheduled, jilehot's settlement rules (published within the betting platform) will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over. In all cases, jilehot's settlement decisions are final subject to the dispute process in Section 12.

Responsible Gambling During Play

Players are encouraged to use jilehot's deposit limit, session time reminder, and loss limit tools (available in account settings) to manage their gambling activity. For full details on responsible gaming tools, please refer to Section 8 of these Terms and to the dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilehot. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform, at jilehot's sole discretion:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on jilehot, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; or attempting to deceive jilehot in any way in relation to your identity, age, location, or financial details.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus offers through account duplication, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements or bonus eligibility rules.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market offered on jilehot.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with jilehot's games or betting markets without the express written consent of jilehot.
• Money Laundering: Using jilehot for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. jilehot complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or reversals in relation to deposits made to jilehot. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended, and jilehot reserves the right to recover the charged-back funds by any available legal means.
• Interference with the Platform: Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of jilehot, its servers, or its third-party game providers.

jilehot reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct, to freeze account funds during investigation, and to take appropriate action including forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

jilehot is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladeshi players. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to personal or financial stress. Player-Controlled Limits

All registered jilehot players may set the following limits via their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are comfortable losing per session, day, week, or month. Loss limits can be decreased immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been playing continuously for a defined period of time.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you need a break from gambling, jilehot offers a self-exclusion tool that allows you to temporarily or permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting support@jilehot. Temporary self-exclusions can range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion results in account closure with no option to reopen the account. During any self-exclusion period, you will not receive any marketing communications from jilehot.

jilehot takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them promptly. If you have self-excluded and believe you may have inadvertently been allowed to access the Platform, please contact support@jilehot immediately.

All content made available through jilehot — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilehot or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from jilehot without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any jilehot content;
• Use jilehot's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation;

Any unauthorised use of jilehot's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilehot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any financial loss resulting from:

• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond jilehot's reasonable control;
• Errors in displayed odds, game results, or account balances caused by technical failures, subsequently corrected by jilehot;
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit credits or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay , Visa, Mastercard, or Bangladeshi banks;
• Suspension or closure of your account due to breach of these Terms, including but not limited to violations of the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.

jilehot makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where applicable consumer protection laws do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, those warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

In all cases where jilehot is found liable to you, the maximum aggregate liability of jilehot shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

jilehot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilehot will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of jilehot after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

Termination by jilehot

jilehot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• jilehot reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your account;
• You are found to be under the age of 18;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Continued operation of your account would expose jilehot to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk;
• You initiate an unauthorised chargeback in relation to any deposit made to jilehot.

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, jilehot reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where it is determined that the balance includes funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct, those funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

Termination by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@jilehot. Before processing a closure requested by you, jilehot will process any outstanding withdrawal of legitimately earned real-money balance, subject to standard KYC verification requirements and provided no investigation is pending on the account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jilehot operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform and is committed to resolving all disputes with players fairly and efficiently.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your jilehot account, a game result, a bonus, a deposit, or a withdrawal, you should first contact our support team at support@jilehot with full details of your complaint. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint to our dedicated disputes team by indicating in your follow-up correspondence that you wish to escalate. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the jilehot team and a final written decision will be provided within ten (10) business days of escalation.

Game Result Disputes

All disputes relating to the outcome of casino games or sports betting markets must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round or event settlement. jilehot's records of game outcomes and bet settlements are final and authoritative in the absence of documented evidence of a system error. Where a system error is confirmed, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

Informal Resolution

jilehot strongly encourages players to resolve disputes informally through the support process described above before pursuing any other avenue. We are committed to treating all complaints seriously and providing prompt, fair, and transparent resolutions to all Bangladeshi players using jilehot.
